Networking
IP addresses, floating IPs, firewalls and private networks for your VMs.
Networking tools live in two places and work both ways. Each VM's page has Firewall and Network tabs (this VM's view). The Network page in the sidebar manages the same items across all your VMs and shows where each one is attached. You can connect a resource to a VM from either place. Everything here is applied at the cloud provider.
- IP addresses and floating IPs: your VM's own public IPv4/IPv6, and extra addresses you can move between VMs.
- Firewall: security groups with your own rules, attached to your VMs.
- Private networks: connect VMs in the same region privately.
