Notifications
Choose which categories of message reach you by email and by SMS.
The Notification Preferences card is a grid with one row per category and two columns, Email and SMS.
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Order updates | Progress of your VMs, such as creation, changes and failures |
| Billing | Wallet, payments and renewals |
| Support | Replies and status changes on your tickets |
| Security | Sign-in and account security events |
Flip a switch to turn a channel on or off for that category. Each change is saved immediately, with no Save button. If saving fails, the switch returns to its previous position and an error is shown.
SMS goes to the mobile number in your profile. Keep it up to date in Profile and password.
