Reset your password

1. On the login page choose Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email address of your account and submit.
3. Open the email we send you and follow the link. The link is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once.
4. Enter a new password (at least 8 characters) twice and confirm.
5. Log in with the new password.

For privacy, the confirmation message is the same whether or not the address belongs to an account. If no email arrives, check the spelling and your spam folder, then wait a minute before asking again.

What a reset does

• Every session that was signed in with the old password is signed out.
• If two-factor authentication is on, you will still be asked for a code at the next login. A password reset proves you control the email, not your second factor.

If the link says it is invalid or expired

Request a new link from Forgot password?. Older links stop working as soon as a newer one is used.

Already signed in and just want a new password? Change it in Profile and password instead.
