Service status
Check whether the platform and each cloud region are working, and follow incidents and planned maintenance.
The Service status page shows, in one place, whether Venesh Cloud and the cloud regions behind it are working normally. It is public, so you can open it even when you cannot sign in.
Open the status page
- Signed in: choose Service Status in the dashboard sidebar.
- Not signed in: open Service status in the site footer, or go to /status.
- The banner at the top summarises the overall state. Below it, each service shows its current status.
While an incident is open, the client dashboard also shows a short notice at the top with a link to its details.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Operational | Working normally. |
| Maintenance | Planned work is in progress. |
| Degraded performance | Working, but slower or with occasional errors. |
| Partial outage | Some requests or some parts are failing. |
| Major outage | Not available. |
Services shown
- Platform: website and dashboard, API, provisioning engine (creating and changing VMs), background jobs, payments, blog and support.
- Cloud regions: one line per provider region you can order in. Its status reflects recent VM creation results in that region.
Most services are checked automatically every few minutes. A service marked Status set by our team is shown as our team last set it, for example during an incident or when there is not yet enough activity to measure it.
Uptime history
Each service has a row of bars, one per day for the last 90 days (30 days on a phone). Hover over or focus a bar to see that day's result and any incident that affected it. The percentage is the share of checks in that period in which the service was not in an outage.
Incidents and maintenance
- Active incidents appear at the top with a timeline of updates: investigating, identified, monitoring and resolved.
- Planned maintenance lists upcoming work, when it starts and ends, and which services it affects.
- Past incidents lists the last seven days, with a link to show the full 90-day history.
If something is not working for you and the status page shows everything as operational, open a support ticket so the team can look into it.
