Wallet top-up
Add funds to your wallet with USDT, or with an Iranian bank card when that option is available.
Bank card payments are temporarily unavailable. Until they return, top up with USDT (see below). If the top-up page shows only crypto, that is why. Payments you already started with a card are still processed as usual.
Top up with a bank card (when available)
When bank card payments are switched on, the top-up page offers a Payment method choice next to USDT. The steps are:
- In the dashboard open Billing & Wallet.
- Choose Top Up.
- Enter the amount in Rial. A minimum top-up amount applies, and the form tells you if you are below it. Your account needs a valid mobile number (add or change it under Settings); the payment service uses it to identify the payment.
- Confirm. You are redirected to the bank's secure payment page.
- Pay with your Iranian bank card on the bank's page. We never see or store your card details.
- The bank sends you back to Venesh Cloud, where a result page tells you what happened.
- Your wallet balance and transaction history update.
The result page
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Success | The payment went through and your balance has been credited. |
| Failed | The payment was cancelled or declined. Nothing was charged to your wallet. Try again. |
| Payment received, balance pending | The bank confirmed the payment but crediting the wallet has not finished yet. Refresh your wallet after a minute. If it still has not updated, open a support ticket with the time of payment. |
| We are confirming your payment | We could not confirm the result with the bank yet. If you were charged, your wallet is credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed (normally within minutes), so you do not need to pay again. If your balance has not changed after about an hour, open a support ticket with the time of payment. |
Top up with USDT (TRON, Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain)
- Choose USDT. In the English interface enter the amount in US dollars (about one USDT per dollar); in the Persian interface enter it in Rial. Separators are added for you. Then pick the network from the list: TRON (TRC20), Ethereum (ERC20) and, when it is switched on, BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Each row shows the network, a small fee chip (an estimate, or "set by your wallet") and an estimated time chip. The page also shows the approximate USDT amount and what will be added to your wallet.
- Confirm. You get a payment page with the exact amount, a breakdown (top-up amount, our service fee if any, and the matching digits), the amount added to your wallet (fixed when the payment is created and does not change), the receiving address, a QR code and a countdown. The matching digits are a few extra thousandths of a USDT: that is how we recognise your payment. They are not a fee; the whole amount you send, minus our service fee if one is shown, is added to your wallet.
- In your crypto wallet send exactly that amount of USDT on the network you chose to the address. Use the copy buttons to avoid typing mistakes.
- Keep the page open or come back later. The page follows the payment live: Waiting, Detected (we saw the transfer), Confirming (for example "2 of 3 confirmations") and Paid. Your wallet is only credited when the transfer has enough confirmations on its network, then an invoice is created.
Network fee. The network fee (TRX on TRON, ETH on Ethereum, BNB on BNB Smart Chain) is paid by you to the network, on top of the amount. It is never added to the USDT amount and it is only an estimate: your wallet decides the final fee. On TRON your wallet sets the fee, so no number is shown.
| Network | Token | Confirmations needed | Typical time (estimate) |
|---|---|---|---|
| TRON (TRC20) | USDT | solidified by the network | 30 seconds to 2 minutes |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | USDT | 3 | 30 seconds to 5 minutes |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | USDT (Binance-Peg BSC-USD) | 2 | 2 to 30 seconds |
The BNB Smart Chain token is Binance-Peg BSC-USD, which most wallets list as USDT. It is not native Tether. Check the token in your wallet before sending.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| Exact amount, on time | Credited automatically, once, after enough confirmations. |
| Different amount (less or more) | Not credited automatically. Our team checks it manually; open a support ticket with the transaction ID if it takes long. |
| Sent after the invoice expired | Kept for manual review and credited after verification. |
| Another network or token | Funds sent on another network or as another token cannot be recovered. A transfer on Ethereum never pays a BNB Smart Chain payment, even though both use the same style of address. |
| Sent for a cancelled payment | Not credited automatically. Kept for manual review and credited after verification. |
Unfinished payments
You can have up to three unfinished USDT payments at a time. If you try to start another, the page says so and links to Your unfinished crypto payments, a table below the top-up form with the date, the network, the amount and USDT amounts, the status and the time left of each payment:
- Continue opens the payment page of that payment again.
- Cancel cancels a payment you no longer need, so you can start a new one. Don't send money for a cancelled payment. If you already sent it, the transfer is not lost, but it is not credited automatically: our team reviews it first.
Payments that ended in the last 24 hours (expired or cancelled) stay in the table, read-only.
Only send USDT on the network shown on the payment page (TRON TRC20, Ethereum ERC20 or BNB Smart Chain BEP20). Sending another token or using another network may result in loss of funds.
Before you order a VM
To place an order your wallet must cover a few days of the chosen plan (roughly a week of its monthly cost). If it does not, the order screen says how much is needed and links straight to Top Up. See Create a VM.
If the bank page closes or your connection drops mid-payment, do not pay twice straight away. Check Transaction History first, and contact support if you are unsure.
